Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a low-impact form of exercise focusing on a series of slow, graceful, and continuous movements. Regular practice offers a wide range of evidence-based health benefits: improved balance and reduced fall risk, increased flexibility, strength, stress reduction, mental clarity, and enhanced overall wellness. Class involves traditional warm-ups and the study of fundamental Tai Chi forms. Instructor: Hilary Celentano This program is open to adults of all fitness levels. No prior experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing. Flat-soled indoor sneakers. Course will be six weeks and occur 4 times a year to learn the 24 Yang style Tai Chi form.
